This blog is just to create awareness against a company of frauds. Silk Route developers Pvt. Ltd. consists of team of crooked and corrupt people. Think twice before approaching this developer for any kind of property deal. The director Yuvraj Sirohi is such a shameless and unprofessional person that cannot be explained in words.

I approached this person, Yuvraj Sirohi to get me a 2 BHK flat measuring 925 sq ft in a project of Noida expressway. I had limited finance so I confined myself for a small unit in an under-construction property. He kept taking money from me time to time.  I gave him he whatever he demanded as he was proving me with the proper receipts duly signed by him.

On asking Yuvraj Sirohi that why is there a delay in getting the falt transferred in my name, he had variety of excuses to give ranging from seller’s father’s death to she being in Dubai, etc. What a fool I have been to believe all this nonsense by people of Silk Route developers Pvt. Ltd.  in the meanwhile, Yuvraj Sirohi kept assuring me that there is no reason to worry as he will soon provide me the flat as and when the seller returns from Dubai; in the worst circumstances, if the seller does not turn up, he will provide me with similar flat in the same project. I was extremely tensed as the project was appreciating rapidly but assurances from Silk Route developers Pvt. Ltd’s director Yuvraj Sirohi kept me calm. This process went on for three months. 

I trusted him till the time he told me that the seller has become untraceable as she is neither taking any calls nor is responding to any email. I got suspicious and was very sure that Yuvraj Sirohi is misleading me. For the first time, I contacted the builder and enquire about the unit for which I have been paying to director of Silk Route developers Pvt. Ltd., Yuvraj Sirohi; I got shoack of my life when they told me that the owner of the flat came there and signed the transfer kit to get her flat transferred to someone else. I immediately took the seller contact details from the builder and contacted her. She told me that she neither knows any company named Silk Route developers Pvt. Ltd. nor the person Yuvraj Sirohi.

She never contacted Yuvraj Sirohi for sale of her flat as quoted to me by him. He even provided me with the photocopies of the receipts of the seller.    

 I have now lodged an FIR against him....Hope to seek justice
